Terrible service

Vumatel contacted me for an installation and booked the for the 22 may, they showed up. I can not get ahold of vuma at all. Called mweb and they are just as useless the earliest someone can contact me is on Monday. God only knows when vuma will come to do the installation, but they took the payment and now you can't get ahold of them. Terrible service provider
