Terrible Service

There services are unbelievably disgusting. I am waiting from the start of this month for my fibre to be installed and I am still waiting , payment was long ago done . The call agents are rude and useless , they have no knowledge of anything and they cut the call while you are still speaking. I requested a refund and I must still wait for "7 working days " . I am wondering is everything by them so slow and unreliable???? . This caused me to have work issues because I work from home but these people just don't care . I wouldn't suggest their services to anyone .😡
