terrible service

Almost a month to no fibre installed! I am always calling and holding for someone to speak to They always say I will get back to you with no calls Last I spoke to someone said it was escalated and I will get a call Its been another week to no call and no installation! Absolutely shocking service.. How long till this is rectified!!
