Terrible service by vumatel fly cool fibre!

Made a payment to vumatel for a fibre connection on the 9th of May.. Was told installation will be done on the 14th..they did pitch, installed and than was told by technician that I would recieve password via email in 2hrs..HOWEVER today is the 16th and absolutely nothing because according to them it's an incomplete installation!!recieved an email stating a technician has been dispatched... I wonder to where.. Emailed them today.. Asked for feedback and never recieved a response!!! How unprofessional!! So I was told that payment is valid for a 30 day period... I havnt been activated but I'm paying for a week that I havnt used!!really disappointed and frustrated!!
