Terrible Service by Vumatel

Service is absolutely ridiculous. I am a new client trying to get a simple fibre installation done and I’ve been waiting for 3weeks. I have made dozens of phone calls and the agents keep passing the problem to each other and not resolving it. I am considering cancelling the order altogether because if this is how they treat a new customer then what more an old one??
