Terrible service

I have been having issues for almost a month now with Vumatel trying to get connected my internet service provider constantly logs tickets for Vumatel to fix my box and Vuma resolves the tickets without helping I called Vuma myself and they tell me to speak to my internet service provider , I just need a technician to fix the fiber box and that is too much for Vuma to come and do. It is really frustrating and it’s very disappointing how Vuma operates. One month and counting for Vuma’s assistance
