Terrible service

My line has been off for 3 days. The last time it was off for a week. I called yesterday and a call was logged. This morning I got a message saying the line was restored only to get home to find the line off. I called again to be told that the technicians are coming. I did not make such arrangements as I won't be here. What on earth?
