Terrible service

I signed up with Webafrica more than two months ago. Vuma was meant to do an installation and still even today, nothing has been done. I cancelled my LTE contract Hoping to be sorted by Vuma but still nothing. I am not getting any help from them I don’t even know what to do any more. They have been making promises and still nothing. I am struggling to work from home now
