Terrible Service

Terrible service ver, I requesting a quation this morning at 10:00, their sales rep called me around 11:47 and promised to send it promptly via email. I never received anything and I did confirm the urgency of this, I sent Whatsapp on the number provided on their website but that guy stopped responding. I'm just wondering how you're treating clients if you treat potential clients like this.
