Terrible service

I am so disappointed with the service from Vuma, I ordered for installation of fibre did payment yesterday. I was expecting to be called to arrange a date for installation but no I have been sent SMS that my WiFi has been activated how is it activated whilst I don't have it. And I was told someone who call me and no one has called this seems like a ****. I am so disappointed
