Terrible service and service agreement not met

Am so unhappy about this service provider. On the 22nd of August I made payment for a second line. After payment went through they acknowledged receipt of payment. 7 days later they dispute payment. I sent a bank statement which they rejected. Went to the back to get proof And furnished them with proof but still their *********** stuff keeps telling me different stories. No resolution yet. Spoke to Millicent , Philisiwe, Bongane, Palesa. They are all the same
