Terrible service and no communication.

Been almost a week since my installation was started, but then not completed, and I still haven't even had any communication from anyone on how or when the matter will be resolved.

Worst thing is that I had a working connection which the Vumatel technician removed to install the new one. Now I don't have any connection thanks to Vumatel removing the existing one, and not completing installation of new ONT.

If you have any options other than Vumatel, I suggest you look in that direction instead.
