Terrible service and delivery

I ordered my vumatel fibre line 8 weeks ago, initially when I ordered the line the vumatel guys came 2 days later to install the vumatel modem and I was like wow excellent service...they then tell me vumatel technicians will come and connect a fibre line or bind a line something like that within the next week... it's been 7 weeks since then. I have made several calls to the call centre who absolutely useless. Untrained, not professional, puts u on hold for a good hour only to come back and transfer you to another department. Vumatel call centre agents are absolutely clueless. If i don't get any fibre by the end of this month I will cancel my fibre and just go with normal adsl. ******* service absolutely disgusted.
