Terrible service and contact centre is unreachable!!!

I got home and there is no internet connection . I can’t work or connect with people. I have called them 3 times and I get a message that I should leave a voicemail with my details and they will call me in 15 minutes. The line abruptly hangs up giving me no opportunity to leave that stupid voicemail message . I WhatsApp Mimi the person who sold me the package and she doesn’t answer, I tried even calling Afrihost to no avail , even tried their WhatsApp line but still no assistance after they ask me to type my id number . What kind of service is this ??? After I paid you guys over the weekend . Can someone attend to me before I start a smear campaign against you . I am very disappointed in the service and the treatment I have received today!!!! I expect reimbur*****t of the airtime I spent trying to get this resolved. Appalling service !!!!
