Terrible service and communication

First of all I would never recommend vumatel or SADV services to anyone, I have been **** to, representatives of SA Digital Villages were downright rude to me, false promises were made by both SADV and Vumatel, as well as I app**** for service more than 1 and a half weeks ago, where all that needed to be done was connectivity as I already have the fiber and gigacore box installed, and Vumatel were the ones that phoned me to tell me that. They said they would escalate the matter and get me connectivity, which was never done. I got an email from SADV with a booking date and time of 10-07-20 at 8am, no one came and when I phoned SADV the representative told me it was not their problem and I must wait and deal with it. Also they said a router would be delivered yesterday, which was never done. I would like to cancel my application if this is how customers are treated, and I would never recommend them to any other person.
