Terrible Service

I am absolutely outraged by Vumatels/Vodacoms service.. This is the 3rd time around that my fibre has been down for a prolonged period ,you guys always say that you are escalating our ticket but you do not care about your customers you take forever to fix the issue. Last month it was down for an entire week and they took forever to fix an issue that was fixed in 20 minutes !!! Now it is down again and has been down since 4am this morning. And no there is no outage in my area.

The entire day and they haven’t resolved the issue. How am I supposed to work from home? I am paying for fibre without missing any payments but still this is the service I receive as a paying customer.

I hope you fix this issue tomorrow I have the previous case numbers as proof as to how terrible your service has been.
