Terrible Service

I have been struggling for 4 days. between them and my service provider, they keep on telling me the fault is on the other end but we can clearly see on our side no connection is coming through but they simply will not send someone out to come and have a look. I have now had enough and cannot believe it's taking them this long to assist.
