Terrible service

I placed an order for a fibre installation on vumatels website twice. Thr first time the isp was afrihost, vumatel never gave the order to Afrihost, im still waiting for the refund. I then placed another order on vumatel, for flycool, its been a week now, no one has contacted me for installation. Ive been speaking to a lady called Mokgabo Ledwaba, who seems to not be interested in assisting me after ive sent her emails constantly. Surely you could get people who are more pationatewith their work.
