Terrible service

Terrible service that I received for 5 days Vuma and Voxtelecom doesnt wana work together to solve my issue, every one is pointing fingers at each other , no one wants to take responsibility and go extra mile to resolve my issue, I have been down for 5 days , they lie and say they tried to call me with no answer, they send a tenchian in premises but issue still not resolved,and this their response 👉🏻👉🏻👉🏻Vuma GPON network or infrastructure limitations. Vuma GPON is unable to reach you and has tried more than 3 times to confirm your installation booking of which is lie, Vuma GPON has advised they have an existing order or service associated to your premises with no solution untill now.
