TERRIBLE SERVICE

I moved into a new house which had Vumatel fiber already installed,I contacted them ,they informed me I should provide my details soon after a Payment link came onto my phone on the 3rd June.I made the payment and the person i was communicating with disappeared and I still haven't been assisted ,I work from home I haven't clocked into work for 7 days now,my employment is at stake due to this
