Terrible service

Vumatel has the worst service I’ve encountered. We go for days without any internet connection and they’ve made contacting them impossible. There’s no phone number to call only a WhatsApp number where an AI is useless as ever. When you email them they’ll answer you in 2 or 3 days later!!! Can you imagine!!!!? I work from home, so this is a terrible inconvenience. Now, they have a new thing where every Friday evening the WiFi isn’t working and it will only be restored Saturday afternoon or even Sunday. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
