Terrible service
No service, and no way to contact and ask for help, avoid at all costs

13 Sept 2023, 06:41I’m still waiting for help, nothing has been done to help me, and the service is down again, now twice in 24 hours. Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS. The worst thing is I can’t even cancel and move to a different provider because somehow they own the infrastructure on my property, but yea - the literal worst Isp in the world. Wouldn’t be surprised if they are owned by Telkom and Eskom combined

15 Sept 2023, 08:21Still with no service, technician came yesterday and blamed everything else except the obvious fault. Very disappointed and would like to have internet at some point. At the verge of going back to adsl with Telkom, they were better than this
