Terrible service

My internet has been down for 10 days & counting. I’ve logged numerous queries. I’ve contacted WebAfrica and they have informed me that there’s a suspension on my account yet I paid. The service is pathetic I don’t know how much time I’ve spent trying to get my connection fixed let alone the amount of data I’m purchasing on the daily.
