Terrible service !
Hi all,
My experience with these guys has been **********. All I want is for someone to come & install at my new home. Been more than 3 weeks since I requested it. I've been following up... no one ever gets back to you :(
It is THE PITS!
Hopefully they honor the arrangement for tomorrow but when I called in today to follow up & confirm, the person i spoke to said a technician was unreachable..... HOPEFULLY someone gets back to me.
