Terrible service

<p>Scheduled instalation. Guys came and installed. Told me soemone from Vumatel would connect me. Guy from Vumatel comes out 'connects' me. Doesnt work. Says the poeple who installed damaged the cable. Says they'll be back same day to fix. Three days later nothing. Log a call they come out. Say the cable is fine, fault is on Vumatel's side. Says they'll come back same day. They don't. Send several emails to help desk and CC Pieter who is the instalation coordinator. No response. Phone Pieter, no response. Send another email - no response. This is over the course of a week. These guys are so unprofessional and utterly useless. Telkom even provides better serive!!!!! </p>
