Terrible Service
Extremely poor customer service from Vumatel. No internet for almost a week. No call back from manager Monthusetsi Nakedi even when escalated twice. Cables are constantly broken and Vumatel are now charging clients R1700 for reinstallation because of their poor infrastructure.
