TERRIBLE SERVICE

I pay R910 to vumatel every month because I need to have 2 routers in my home as the signal is so week that it doesn't reach further than the room next to mine.I can't even sit in my lounge,which is literally 10 meters away from the router,and use the wifi.Besides the terrible connection..We have been disconnected for more than a week this month and it is only the 11th.I am sick of this bad service from vumatel..and when you eventually get to an agent they are useless.One actually told me,after I waited for 3 hours for him to come online.."I don't know what to do".Right now both my routers are not working and no one from vuma can help.
