Terrible service
Vumatel has been robbing me for the last 3 months . I'm paying for the full month service on the 30th of the month ,however my services get disconnected every month on the 17th. I have called multiple times and this issue still hasn't been resolved. . I regret registering with them.

17 Jul 2024, 12:46Your explanation doesn't make sense. If you buy a 30 day voucher for R399 on the 30 June it should only expire on 30th of July. As per my Tax invoice received from Mweb
