Terrible response time

The response time to queries "being outside business hours" leaves much to be desired as we don't conform to normal working hours in this day and age and for working professionals to be inundated with technical jargon whilst trying to resolve a normal connectivity issue is disgusting as I was kept on the line for more than an hour to resolve an issue, then the "new day to day" kicked in which is loadshedding and still did not get the assistance/resolution for me as the consumer. ....and still no satisfactory response #poorshow
