Terrible quality.
The. Line. Drops. All. The. Time.
Since moving to Obs we've had to change over from Octotel to Vumatel and it's like comparing a 5-star restaurant to McDonald's on payday. To log a fault, I have to chat to Webafrica (don't get me started), and it's impossible to get through to THEIR support - but that's all I can find re contact details on the Vumatel site.
Worst.

Thanks for making contact with us.
Kindly note that the only way to log a fault on your line is to log a ticket with your ISP in your case Webafrica, once they are done troubleshooting and they find that the issue is on the fibre line then they will log a ticket with Vumatel for you.
Kind regards
The Vuma Team
