Terrible Experience – Use VUMATEL Fibre at Your Own Risk😡😡😡😡😡😡

Vumatel Fibre is by far the worst fibre provider I’ve ever used. Imagine working from home, relying on a stable internet connection, only to be disconnected for over 3 hours with ZERO prior communication. That’s exactly what happened to me today.

No warning, no email, no SMS — nothing. Just cut off like our time and productivity mean absolutely nothing. In this remote working era, such negligence is unacceptable. I had meetings lined up, deadlines to meet, and everything came to a halt because of their poor service.

If you’re considering Vumatel Fibre, please think twice. This level of unprofessionalism shows they do not value their customers or understand how critical internet access is for people working remotely.

Extremely disappointed and annoyed. Use them at your own risk.
