Terrible

The amount of issues I've been encountering with this service is ridiculous. If my internet is not slow or disconnected, some of my devices are not even allowed onto the network and it is becoming nearly impossible to continue working from home. The number of devices I can connect at a given time was first being limited to 5 at a time, now it's down to 4 only. This I've tested over and over and once one is disconnected, another device is allowed. I've logged several tickets, one of which is currently open since the 21st Jan, bear in mind that I've already had so many complaints about my bad internet connectivity since I've logged the latest ticket.
