TERRIBLE customer service from VUMA and Afrihost

VUMA has the worst customer service. They should be embarrassed. VUMA and AFRIHOST failed to install a fiber connection in my area. I've waited for an entire month. When I demand a refund, VUMA and Afrihost keep giving me the run around I am so sick of this nonsense.

I have been calling both service providers and I still have not received my refund. I have emails and receipts showing how useless both are.

Do not waste your time and money with these people. VUMA, if you can't provide a service a customer has paid for, GIVE THEM THEIR MONEY BACK! PERIOD!
