Terrible Customer Service

Absolutely the worst ISP I have ever had to deal with. I logged a query in August and its now November and it still has not been attended to. I escalated this issue to Warren Lawrence who is the manager of the fibre department. I have been calling him for the last 4 days and he tells the agents to advise that he will call back. Its now been 5 whole days that I keep trying to get hold of him. He has not returned any of my calls. I am so unhappy with this service provider. It is as if they dont care, as long as you pay them every month. When it is time to provide customer care, they actually dont care.
