Terrible customer service

I've app**** for fiber and paid for it on the 20th July I've tried almost every week to to push for an installation with on luck I have been taken from piller to post very bad customer service...now I'm requesting for a refund I'm told it takes 15 days so I should wait another month to get my money back for a service I didn't receive 😡🤬😡🤬
