Terrible Customer Service

The customer service is putrid. I have been waiting for my installation for a week now. No update nothing. And what's worse is that I had already made payment and was promised installation by Monday and it's now Saturday. Payment was made last week Saturday. Full week.

I tried contacting them via WhatsApp and no reply from an agent instead after an hour of waiting for an agent you get a response such as this "*Bakang Maseko*: Hi Aviwe, it seems there hasn't been communication between you and our agent for some time. This chat will now be closed. If you'd still like to speak to an agent, please start a new chat session.The new agent will have a copy of your last conversation."

Really?!
