TERRIBLE CONNECTION, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was chatting to their agent via their Whatsapp portal that I am unable to access my work site while connected to their wifi, and they refused to take responsibility and said it's on MY end. Please note the site opens up when I use my mobile data, bit can't load when I'm connected to their wifi. This is while using a tablet, a laptop and a cellphone, so DEFINITELY not a 'my side' kinda issue. While chatting to them, they rudely cut my off because they're *********** and had no idea what was happening or what they're doing. Worst mistake you'll ever make is to connect with Vumatel and anyone that rides on them. Terrible connection, terrible customer service
