TERRIBLE CONNECTION AND SERVICE

I had fibre installed early this year and ever since then, I have had non stop connection issues. I have been calling Mweb and Vumatel for months trying to get them to fix this issue but to no avail. I have become the middle man between Mweb and Vumatel because nobody wants to take accountability for the problem I am experiencing and they also don't communicate properly with each other either. I have experienced the absolute WORST customer service from both parties!! I pay so much money every month only to have constant connection failure. I am apalled at the lack of assistance that I have received regarding this issue.
