Terrible communication

I’m really disappointed in vumatel/homeconnect I'm.working from home and this inconvenience is causing unnecessary stress ,made payment and still my internet is down,can’t reach vuma nad they telling me about 24 hours before my issue can be resolved,what kind of service provider that only communicates via emails only?
