Technicians charging us for digging Fibre trenches, agents have no customer service

The agents in Atteridgeville just chase sales and then abandon clients. Themba signed up my niece and then gave her the runaround since 01 February. Many people were at the office complaining about lack of service. One of the technicians was telling my niece they maut dig for themselves. They then solicit money to dig for you. The men have no name tags and Themba said we must take pictures of the guys. How? So we are at risk of anything. Seems they are just chasing sales and commission and taking advantage of our vulnerable people in townships.
