TECHNICIANS BROKE LINE DOING UPGRADES AND HAVE NOT SINCE RETURNED TO RECTIFY 7 DAYS LATER

7 DAYS OFFLINE WITH NO TECHNICIAN IN SIGHT!!! I have been offline for 7 days now in Greenfield Road, Greenside due to a @VUMATEL upgrade in the area. The technicians were onsite on our street last week Thursday, broke something and came by yesterday (6 days later) to rectify. My neighbours are up and running while I remain offline. Nevermind Afrihost being absolutely shocking to deal with, the technicians apparently arrive onsite, don't call the resident or hoot and just assume that no one is home and drive off. I'll give them kudos for calling back to say they came and no one was around. I phoned them myself this morning and was told that the coordinator would call me. NO ONE HAS CALLED. I am paying for a service that I am not receiving. NOT OK.
