Technician James from Voslo was rude and did not assist

If I could give a 0 ⭐ I would. Our wifi hasn’t had connection for 2 weeks. We’ve logged multiple tickets. A technician came last week Saturday and nothing was done then again a technician named James came by today and he was very rude telling us that it’s not his problem that it’s still not working because the WiFi hardware seems fine and he’s leaving, he is only allocated 1 hour per client other departments must do their jobs.
