**** technical support, would not recommend

They work with Webafrica, technician came to my house, tested the fibre, it appears to be working, he did not even have his own computer to test the network, he knew little to nothing would not recommend this service provider. I have opened a case with them via Webafrica, and this case was closed due to the issue being resolved when in actuality the issue persist.
