Support is all over the place

Disappointed in Vumatel. Have had a travesty of a week, with 100+ hours of Internet connection lost, and very hit and miss service from Vumatel.

On Saturday morning I lost connection, Contacted support, ticket created, and they confirm issue related to vandalism. Service was restored after 30 or so hours.

A few days later, Internet once again goes down, new ticket created, technician on site, can’t fix issue, leaves and restores connection off site. The next morning, Internet is down once again, even though it was fixed the night before. Then I hear that they apparently visited my hone whilst I was asleep after a long night shift. Never received a call from them or anything to arrange a visit, had to confirm from security at my complex that they were there after I woke up.

Internet has been down ever since then, 60+ hours with no connection. Callled them multiple times, and told to wait. Get a call late at night, confirming technician will visit me in morning, and I am asked to stay awake after my night shift to greet them. Stay awake half the day waiting for any contact and receive none. Call them updating them on status all day, still nothing.

Last call I make to them told there are no technicians as further vandalism happened is another area so I need to wait again.

Vuma, I have a issue caused by vandalism a week ago, and your focused on vandalism which took place today. What is happening? Down Internet causes me loss of income and additional expenditure for mobile data so I can work.
