Supersonic and Vumatel BAD Service

Today marks the second day without wifi. Vumatel and Supersonic are partners in crime. I have begged and begged promised that a complaint has been logged a ticket has been created given reference ifp no one after another a technician has been dispatched hold for the a Manager to escalate my complaint only to have my call cut after 10 good minutes! I work from home need to submit reports my tomorrow my children are stuck cannot finish their assignments. I CANNOT BELIEVE I AM PAYING SOMEONE FOR SUCH BAD SERVICE.
