Superhero found!
Yay, I've finally got fibre from Vumatel after 4 months!
Believe it or not, "Superheros" does exist. It was an absolute pleasure having a lady called Grace in the "Social Heroes" section of VUMA sorting out my fibre woes. She was charming, efficient, knowledgeable, distinctly proffesional and has a "****er" sense of humour.
Grace, I sincerely wish Vumatel employ more people of your caliber, although Superheros are far and few between. Just watch out for Kryptonite at VUMA that would want to pull you down!
