I want to thank an agent at Vumatel that went above and beyond when I was at my wits end from mweb not doing they job. ANGELAR ANCELL called the first time and explained to me everything I needed to understand from Vumatel's side and advised that she would do her best to get it sorted. She advised me on what to tell mweb agents and what she will action on her side. Yesterday she called me and asked if I got my login details and Tom check if it works. And when I got home I sent her a mail advising it's finally connected.
