SUPER DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

I know this does nothing to Vuma because they are not affected. I have been writing reviews from the time I started using Vumatel, and that does not help. They resolve and then again I have no wifi. There is not a single month I have not complained, even changed my ISP thinking maybe using another one would help speed their response. I personally think you guys have no respect for people staying in Khayelitsha, how I dont know because we all pay the same money. I am super disappointed. This is the last time now that I am requesting urgent help with my wifi. LOS has been flashing red since Friday and not even a single call from Vuma. Please let me know if I will ever come right because the last time I was offline for the whole week, and I use that line for work.
