Super bad Vuma signal

I must admit the service from vuma it’s very very terrible more especially at night between 7 and 12 I even upgraded from 20mbps to 40mbps but still no difference worse part you can’t even call them and speak to them about your issue the WhatsApp and chat things those people will tell you the same thing again and again it’s not like we are 500 devices connected only maybe 8 to 9 devices that’s all but damn you won’t get connection it keeps disconnecting
