Such bad service

I have signed up for fibre about 3 weeks ago. And I'm still waiting on connection, they don't come back to me and Vox is just as bad. I'm at the point of canceling everything. No one answers my phone calls or emails, I've explained to them that I Ned's this to earn money and still nothing.
